What I need besides camera and monitor ?
Obvieously, camera needs the proper lens (various lenses reproduce the picture with different angle of view).
Besides the lens, you will need mounting bracket.
You have to supply camera with the power, usually DC 12V or AC 24V.
Time Lapse VCR (Video Recorder) - will let you record video continuously from 24 for up to 960hrs on the regular VHS tape.
Finally, you have to connect your camera to the monitor and your Time Lapse VCR, so you need special coaxial cable and BNC connectors.
Because the cameras are not weather proof, you may also need weather proof housing, if you have to install your camera outside.
